1. Ensure sensor coverage

Chase the customer in case the target endpoint coverage is not 100%.

1. Ensure sensor health

Query the platform for sensors in Reduced Functionality Mode (RFM) and investigate for the root cause.

1. Tune sensor sensitivity

Customer sensor sensitivity needs to be brought to a maximum as soon as possible.
